The friendly receptionist and attentive security staff enhanced my experience; I appreciated their accommodating nature, particularly when one even lent me their jacket during the cold Swedish weather. Housekeeping maintained a clean environment, and while the shared toilet and shower facilities were not lavish, they met my needs for a short stay.
